03. Test roll

When the quote has been discussed and approved, we will provide a test roll based on your requirements.
04. Test

We will assist with the initial testing to determine the correct machine parameters (time, pressure, temperature) and will discuss the results.
05. Print

In case of printed film, we will develop the design of your print image for flexography or rotogravure printing. After we release both a PDF print image and a cromalin proof, we will start printing and we will present the product. The final details and changes will be reviewed with you and the appropriate adjustments will be made to the printing line.
06. Industry test

After a positive evaluation of the first test and the delivery of a print-ready version, an industry test will be performed. The first delivery will have a limited volume. After that, the production can move to an industrial scale.
07. Quality control

After a final quality check of both the product and the packaging, the first order will be given the final go-ahead.
08. Delivery and stock

We will ensure punctual deliveries, the daily management of your stock and the forecasting of your volumes.
